Bee embroidery workshop

Join me in Ardingly, West Sussex to embroider a garden-inspired project from my newest book, Paint with Thread: In the Garden — the charming Tree Bumblebee!

I’ll be hosting a relaxed, beginner-friendly embroidery workshop at the Carry on Crafting Festival, where I’ll guide you through this sweet project using stitches like reverse split stitch, satin stitch, and long & short stitch.

This workshop isn’t about perfection, it’s about getting started. As with most creative projects, it's the beginning that's often the hardest so let's start the magic together!

Workshop Testimonial

I recently took part in an embroidery workshop with Emillie which focused on thread painting - it was such a wonderful experience. Emillie is incredibly kind, patient and knowledgeable, she created a relaxed and inspiring environment to learn in. I came away feeling so much more confident in my technique and I’ve already started applying what I learned.
